By accessing or using the Agenda 2063 Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, registered learners, and any other users of the Platform.

The Platform is an open educational resource. You may:
- Browse, read, and share content for personal, academic, or non-commercial educational purposes.
- Create a free account to track your learning, earn XP, and participate in the community.
- Cite and reference content with appropriate attribution to the African Union and this Platform.
You may not reproduce substantial portions of the Platform for commercial gain, misrepresent the source of content, or use automated tools to scrape or republish content without prior written consent.
3. Accounts & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Agenda 2063 framework, its Aspirations, Goals, Moonshots, and Flagship Projects are intellectual property of the African Union Commission. Authentic content is reproduced here for educational purposes in alignment with the AU's open-knowledge mission. Platform code, design, and original editorial content are the property of the Platform operators. All third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
5. No Warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. Indicator values shown on the dashboard may include synthetic demonstration data unless an official source is cited.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page.
